Ambassador Frank Flood presented credentials

On Thursday, 18 September 2014, the new Ambassador of Ireland accredited to the Republic of Estonia, Mr Frank Flood, presented his credentials to the President Toomas Hendrik Ilves in Kadriorg, Tallinn.
