Embassy Premises Opens in World Trade Centre Jakarta
The Embassy's new permanent opened to the public on 1 June, when our tricolour was raised in front of the World trade Centre (tower 1) for the very first time. The new offices are on the 14th floor, and have been fully fitted out to provide a effective modern and Irish working space in the heart of Jakarta from which the embassy staff can work and provide services to the public, Irish and Indonesian.
This is the first Embassy of Ireland in Indonesia, and one which we intend will promote the links - human, commercial and cultural - between the two countries.
