MIAA Shamrock Run

On Saturday 18 October 2014 the Malaysian Irish Alumni Association will host the inaugural Shamrock Run in Kuala Lumpur, which is sure to be a fun family day out.
The run takes place at 7am in Taman Rekreasi Bukit Jalil, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. There are categories of 3km and 8km. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided. For further information and details of how to register, see the MIAA Shamrock Run Facebook Page.
Asian Gaelic Games Kuala Lumpur
10-12 October 2014
Following the great success of last year’s tournament, Orang Eire, Malaysia’s GAA club, will again host the Asian Gaelic Games in Kuala Lumpur from 10 – 12 October.
This event is the 19th annual Asian Gaelic Games. It brings together men’s, women’s and children’s teams from across the Asia-Pacific and Gulf regions for a weekend of Gaelic games.

Asia Pacific Irish Business Forum
9-10 October 2014
On 9 and 10 October 2014 Kuala Lumpur will, for the 3rd year running, host the Asia-Pacific Irish Business Forum (APIBF). This event, organised by the Malaysian Irish Business Network, together with the APIBF, brings together Irish business people from across the Gulf and Asia-Pacific to share experiences, information and contacts.
