One Month in Dublin by Ingeong Choi, winner of the 2013 Ireland Korea Essay competition

The Department of Foreign Affair & Trade in association with and Irish association of Korea hosted the Ireland Korea essay competition in 2013 for Korean Undergraduate students. The Grand prize included one months study in Ireland at a top English language school with free return flights, accommodation and spending money.

The competition aimed to raise awareness among young Korean people about the travel, study and employment opportunities available in Ireland and to encourage cultural exchange. In 2013 this highly popular and competitive essay competition was won by Ingeong Choi. Ingyeong went to Ireland in June and stayed for a month as part of the prize.
