Emigrant Support Programme

The Programme provides grants to Irish organisations abroad to support non profit organisations and projects which promote a vibrant sense of Irish community and identity.

Presidential Award

The Presidential Distinguished Service Award for the Irish Abroad recognises sustained,distinguished service to Ireland, its communities abroad or its international reputation by those living abroad.

Korea is home to a growing and active Irish community with a range of organisations which reflect the diversity and depth of the Irish community in Korea

St. Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick’s Day is a global celebration of what it means to be Irish and the Embassy uses the opportunity every March to celebrate with the Irish and Korean community and to showcase Ireland.
