Ambassador Cotter welcomes Pat Spillane to the Kingdom

Naomh Alee GAA Club hosted Pat Spillane for the launch of his team of the millennium.

Ambassador Cotter and Naomh Alee GAA Club welcomed GAA legend Mr. Pat Spillane to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

For those Irish people based overseas, the GAA has long formed a crucial link to Ireland's rich cultural and sporting heritage. The GAA also provides a social and often commercial link for the Irish diaspora, as well as a sporting and recreational outlet.

Ambassador Cotter attended the inaugural World GAA Games hosted in the Middle East in 2015 and is particularly proud of his association with Naomh Alee, the longest established GAA club in the Middle East and a founder member of the Middle East GAA County Board
