Ambassador Anne-Marie Callan welcomes new Ryanair base at Bratislava Airport

Ambassador Anne-Marie Callan warmly welcomed Ryanair’s announcement of the opening of a new base in Bratislava Airport which will further strengthen links between Ireland and Slovakia. Ryanair’s CEO, Michael O’ Leary travelled to Bratislava to announce that two aircraft, crew and maintenance personnel will be permanently based in Bratislava from March 2015. Daily Dublin flights and the addition of new routes to the schedule are amongst the benefits of the new base. Ambassador Callan and Slovakia’s Ambassador to Ireland, H.E. Dušan Matulay, congratulated Ryanair on the announcement.
