Opening Hours

The Embassy provides a range of consular and other services, details of which are available in the relevant sections of this website.

The Embassy can accept deliver and collection of documents by courier only between 9.00 and 12.00 from Monday to Thursday only. 

If you have been notified that your documents are ready for collection and you are unable to arrange for collection by courier, you can request an appointment to collect your documents in person.  At this time, appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, between 9.00 and 12.00.  From 5th October, appointments will be available on Mondays to Thursdays, between 9.00 and 12.00. The Embassy phone lines are open between 9.00 and 12.00 from Monday to Thursday only.  For a prompt response to your query, you are asked to send your query by email whenever possible.  You can reach us by email here
