23 March 2023FUNDING OPPORTUNITY FOR PACIFIC NGOs and CO-OPERATIVES
The Embassy of Ireland, Canberra is calling for applications to the In-Country Microprojects Scheme (ICMPS)
ICMPS offers grants of up to $8,000 to organisations in the Pacific who work on issues related to women’s rights, climate change, biodiversity, conflict resolution and human rights. Organisations must be based in the Pacific and meet certain criteria. For more information on what projects and organisations, as well as the application process, please see this Guidance Note
There will be two funding windows in 2023. Applications are due in by 11th April for the first round. A second round specifically for organisations based in Fiji, Nauru, Solomon Islands or Papua New Guinea will be open from 18th April to 30th June. Applications not successful in the first round will be automatically considered in the second round. All monies aim to be disbursed by 18th August 2023.
