Senior Office Manager / Head of Administration
The Embassy is recruiting a permanent, full-time Senior Office Manager / Head of Administration. The successful applicant will manage and direct the operations and systems of the Embassy to ensure the efficient and effective running of its administrative, general operations and human resources functions. Key areas of responsibility include finance and accounting, security, project liaison for major construction projects and IT management

Administrative Assistant
The Embassy is recruiting a permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of administrative support activity at the Embassy. Key areas of responsibility include management of local support staff, routine maintenance of facilities and processing of routine payments.
