Management Board Minutes
The Management Board is a leadership and management team for the whole Department. It meets every fortnight to consider strategic policy, operational and compliance issues that are critical to the work of the Department.
The Board is chaired by the Secretary General and includes the Deputy Secretary General and all Assistant Secretaries at HQ. The Director of the Strategy, Governance and Change Unit is also a member of the Management Board.
