Documentation relating to the decision by the European Union to impose sanctions on Russia concerning the annexation of Crimea and events in Ukraine in March 2014 and subsequently, those which specifically concern the reason for including, on the list of persons to be sanctioned, DMITRY ROGOZIN, then deputy prime minister of the Russian federation and subsequently head of the Russian space agency Roskosmos.

In this case, I would like to obtain any documents circulated to Irish officials or representatives who may have been involved in or informed about the proposal and subsequent decision. I would like to obtain any documents, briefings or other texts so circulated to inform the decision on Dmitry Rogozin; the reason and justification for his inclusion on the list; any consideration of the consequences of his inclusion; and related documentation which may shed light on the decision.
