1. All correspondence between the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Katherine Zappone regarding the appointment of Katherine Zappone to the position of Special Envoy for Freedom of Expression through electronic means, including email and private messaging services in the conduct of official government business between the 1st January 2021 and 29th July 2021, in accordance with Circular Number 09/19, entitled Policy on the Use of Private Email and Other Messaging Services, and Central Policy Unit Guidance Note 24, issued December 2015, entitled FOI Act implications for any official information held in non-official systems, email accounts and devices;

All correspondence between the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Katherine Zappone regarding Ireland’s bid to secure a UN Security Council Seat through electronic means, including email and private messaging services in the conduct of official government business between the 1st June 2020 and 29th July 2021, in accordance with Circular Number 09/19, entitled Policy on the Use of Private Email and Other Messaging Services, and Central Policy Unit Guidance Note 24, issued December 2015, entitled FOI Act implications for any official information held in non-official systems, email accounts and devices.
